Grounded in guidance. Written for people.
Original educational summaries informed by NHS mindfulness guidance, NICE gambling guidance, GamCare, SMART Recovery and the sources below. The timed practices are our own short adaptations, not validated treatments. Urge-surfing guidance from the VA concerns substance-use treatment; its inclusion here does not establish effectiveness of this website for gambling.

Your privacy
No questionnaires, ads or third-party analytics. Stories may contain sensitive personal information and are stored privately when you submit them. The optional “This helped me” button records a count for the page, not a visitor identity. The experience form saves a private website copy and sends the message to beyondlastbet@gmail.com through FormSubmit only when you choose to send it. FormSubmit and Google process email delivery under their own privacy arrangements; FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days. The stored website copy is not attached to your ChatGPT account identity; delivery providers may process technical data such as IP addresses. Publication permission is optional. Form text is not saved as a draft by this website. Browser and keyboard tools may still retain information. Other timers and interactions reset when the page reloads. Hosting providers may process technical access logs. External websites follow their own privacy arrangements. The site currently requires owner sign-in while it remains private; that is separate from what is stored with a submission.
For adults. Educational support, not a diagnostic tool, treatment programme or crisis service. No affiliation or endorsement is implied. Sources checked 22 October 2026; service availability may change.
